Allocation to tariff affordability is mandatory by December 31, 2025, except for resources already linked to projects initiated or contracted before that date. ## Limits - The rule does not apply to resources already allocated to projects contracted or initiated by 01/09/2020, as per § 2º of art. 5º-B. - Resource allocation must observe a minimum limit of 70% of the total available amount, as per § 1º of art. 5º-B. - Allocation to tariff affordability is subject to ANEEL regulation. - This sheet does not cover changes after Law 14.120/2021; check updates on the official source.
