Registration must be made in one of two modes: national commodity exchanges or asset registration and settlement systems authorized by the Central Bank. The deadline is 30 calendar days from the issuance date of the title. ## Limits - Registration does not replace the annotation of the area's linkage to the CRA in the property deed at the competent land registry (art. 45, § 3º of Law 12.651/2012). - The sheet does not cover deadlines or procedures for subsequent cadastral updates after the initial registration. - Changes in legislation regarding systems authorized by the Central Bank must be verified directly at the source. - The obligation does not apply to CRFs issued before conversion to CRA (art. 44, § 3º of Law 12.651/2012).
